Movers, Sleepers, and Nappers

Over the past couple of days I have endured/enjoyed two night shifts in a row, we sat together and watched conference, and spent some quality time together amidst the busyness.
Also we've been...
..surfing in the car seat in Trader Joe's. This was the only shot I could get
before he almost ate it...
...having story time. We've been trying to get Jude to think of
books as more than just tasty snacks...
...playing with Jude's best friend, Lydia...
...debuting the sleeper I made him while pregnant
in the sewing class I took my last semester at school...
(It was almost like he was saying, "Thanks, mama!")
...and with mom's night shifts there's been lots of naps.
For this particular nap, I only slept for 30 mins. He slept
for an hour more. I couldn't leave. Adam
came home and I was delirious for water.
And one night after putting Jude to bed I realized how much color the little
guy has added to my life..manifested by my
cheery living room. Most people know me to be a black, grey and
white type of person. We're pushing boundaries, people.
